You agree to use the portal solely for managing your own real estate transaction with Will Foster. You will not attempt to access other clients' data, share your login credentials, or copy documents that do not belong to you.

Information in this portal is informational

Transaction stage updates, key dates, and documents in this portal are provided for your convenience. They do not replace the legal documents and timelines in your executed contracts. If there is a discrepancy between the portal and your signed contracts, the signed contracts govern.

Limitation of liability

Will Foster and eXp Realty make no warranties about the portal's uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Will Foster nor eXp Realty is liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal.

Account lifecycle

Your portal account is active during your transaction and for 90 days afterward with full features. Read-only access continues for up to 2 years post-closing. After that, the live portal is archived. Your closing package download link remains permanently valid.

Changes to these terms

Will Foster may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after a change constitutes acceptance.
